G\u00e9ographiquement, la r\u00e9gion est triplement divis\u00e9e avec les Alpes au nord et le Mont Blanc en tant que montagne la plus haute, plus au sud la plaine du P\u00f4 o\u00f9 r\u00e9side la majorit\u00e9 de la population et les collines du sud-est. Dans les collines se trouvent, entre autres, la r\u00e9gion de Langhe, qui est d&rsquo;une grande importance agricole ainsi que les zones de production des vins pi\u00e9montais <a href=\"\/sortiment\/wein-prosecco-italien\/rotwein.html\">Barolo<\/a>, <a href=\"\/sortiment\/wein-prosecco-italien.html\">Barbera<\/a> et <a href=\"\/sortiment\/wein-prosecco-italien.html\">Barbaresco<\/a>. Le Pi\u00e9mont est touristiquement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 tant pour les sports d&rsquo;hiver que pour les visites de villes. Les b\u00e2timents de la Renaissance et du baroque dans les villes attirent le visiteur culturellement int\u00e9ress\u00e9.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2375\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2375\" style=\"width: 389px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2375\" title=\"piemont_berge\" alt=\"Montagnes au nord du Pi\u00e9mont\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/piemont_berge.jpg\" width=\"389\" height=\"282\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2375\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Montagnes au nord du Pi\u00e9mont<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Les noisettes du Pi\u00e9mont<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Le Pi\u00e9mont<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est bien plus que des cerises\u2026 La r\u00e9gion de Langhe est notamment connue pour ses <strong>noisettes<\/strong>. La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9e <em>tonda gentile<\/em> est m\u00eame prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par le label IGP comme originaire du Pi\u00e9mont. Parmi toutes les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de noisettes italiennes, elles sont les meilleures gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur go\u00fbt fin et sont utilis\u00e9es comme produit de base dans la fabrication de confiseries. Elles sont essentielles notamment pour la pr\u00e9paration de la chocolaterie Gianduia (voir <a href=\"\/blog\/warenkunde\/gianduia-schokolade\/\">l&rsquo;article de blog d&rsquo;hier<\/a>). Cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de Turin est profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9e dans la culture Pi\u00e9montaise. Un carnaval \u00e0 Turin sans les petits <a href=\"\/gianduiapralinen.html\">Gianduiotti<\/a> est tout simplement impensable.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2374\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2374\" style=\"width: 450px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2374\" title=\"piemont_haselnuss_schokolade\" alt=\"Noisettes de Langhe dans le chocolat Caffarel\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/piemont_haselnuss_schokolade.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2374\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Noisettes de Langhe dans le chocolat Caffarel<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Vins du Pi\u00e9mont<\/h2>\n<p>Comme mentionn\u00e9 plus haut, les collines du <strong>Pi\u00e9mont<\/strong> sont surtout importantes pour la <strong>viticulture<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est notamment le cas pour le c\u00e9page Nebbiolo, qui est ferment\u00e9 dans les vins <a title=\"Commander du Barolo\" href=\"\/sortiment\/wein-prosecco-italien\/rotwein.html\">Barolo<\/a> et Barbaresco. Le Barolo, un vin rouge plus sec, tire son nom de la Marquise de Barolo, qui a soutenu les efforts de l&rsquo;oenologue fran\u00e7ais Louis Oudart pour am\u00e9liorer les vins italiens. Depuis 1980, le vin de Barolo est distingu\u00e9 par le label DOCG. Le vin <a href=\"\/sortiment\/wein-prosecco-italien.html\">Barbera<\/a>, en revanche, est obtenu \u00e0 partir des raisins du m\u00eame nom et est \u00e9galement un <a title=\"Acheter du vin rouge italien en ligne\" href=\"\/sortiment\/wein-prosecco-italien.html\">vin rouge<\/a>. Cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de raisin est cultiv\u00e9e dans le Pi\u00e9mont depuis le XIIIe si\u00e8cle.
