Comme le nom le sugg\u00e8re, il est issu du raisin Fragola. Cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 lui conf\u00e8re son ar\u00f4me typique de fraise. Le Fragolino Rosso est donc tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 des dames pour les f\u00eates ou en tant qu&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif et vin de dessert, et a d\u00e9sormais atteint le statut de culte. D\u00e9couvert par les vacanciers en Italie, il est rapidement devenu connu et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 en Allemagne gr\u00e2ce aux r\u00e9cits et en tant que souvenir. La vigne Fragola est un croisement entre des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de raisins europ\u00e9ens et am\u00e9ricains. Tout a commenc\u00e9 avec la couverture des besoins personnels et pour recevoir des amis. Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, il \u00e9tait interdit de produire du vin uniquement \u00e0 partir du raisin Fragolino, car il avait un effet enivrant similaire \u00e0 celui de l&rsquo;absinthe.
