La Valnerina ombrienne est la r\u00e9gion truffi\u00e8re la plus importante d&rsquo;Italie. D&rsquo;ici proviennent 45 % de toutes les truffes noires destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;exportation. Le fleuve Sordio coule \u00e0 travers cette vall\u00e9e, passant \u00e9galement par Norcia, une ville de la province de P\u00e9rouse. Cette ancienne ville est le lieu de naissance de Beno\u00eet, le fondateur de l&rsquo;ordre b\u00e9n\u00e9dictin. Ce lieu est \u00e9galement \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de la recette des Spaghetti alla Norcia avec des <a href=\"\/filetti-di-alici-in-olio-130g.html\">filets d&rsquo;anchois<\/a> et des truffes noires. Comme dans la plupart des r\u00e9gions italiennes, l&rsquo;<strong>huile d&rsquo;olive d&rsquo;Ombrie<\/strong> y est \u00e9galement produite. Les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;olives typiques du c\u0153ur vert de l&rsquo;Italie sont Ascolana tenera, Dolce Agoglia, Leccino et Moraiolo. Un des ol\u00e9iculteurs de la r\u00e9gion est Farchioni, situ\u00e9 dans le pittoresque P\u00e9rouse. L&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive du moulin \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"\/sortiment\/olivenoel-aus-italien.html\">Il Casolare<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb se distingue par son ar\u00f4me d\u00e9licat jouant sur des notes fruit\u00e9es. Les olives sont trait\u00e9es avec soin pour produire, comme dans toutes les r\u00e9gions italiennes, une huile d&rsquo;olive d&rsquo;Ombrie de la meilleure qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Baci de Perugina<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1883\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1883\" style=\"width: 200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"\/baci-di-dama.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1883\" title=\"Baci d'Ombrie\" alt=\"Baci de Perugina\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/umbrien_baci.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"248\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1883\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Baci de Perugina<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Une douceur sucr\u00e9e sont les <a href=\"\/baci-di-dama.html\"><strong>Baci de Perugina<\/strong><\/a>. Baci signifie \u00ab baisers \u00bb et, sous ce nom, une praline est \u00e9galement connue et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e en Allemagne. Les Baci de Perugina sont enrob\u00e9es de chocolat Gianduja cr\u00e9meux et cachent un c\u0153ur de noisette. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Perugina fabrique ces petites tentations pour les pauses gourmandes depuis 1922. Chaque Bacio est emball\u00e9 dans du papier aluminium argent\u00e9 et attend d&rsquo;\u00eatre offert comme un message d&rsquo;amour. \u00c0 l&rsquo;origine, la praline s&rsquo;appelait \u00ab coup de poing \u00bb en raison de sa forme, mais comme on n&rsquo;aime ni offrir ni recevoir un coup de poing, un nouveau nom a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 et aujourd&rsquo;hui, ces baisers sont sur toutes les l\u00e8vres.<\/p>\n<h3>Vin d&rsquo;Ombrie<\/h3>\n<p>Le <strong>vin<\/strong> d&rsquo;<strong>Ombrie<\/strong> fait partie des meilleurs produits que la viticulture italienne peut offrir. Parmi les vins les plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s figurent Orvieto, Torgiano et Rosso di Montefalco. Mais vous pouvez \u00e9galement d\u00e9guster un Lamborghini, car c\u2019est le nom du vin rouge que Gustini propose dans sa s\u00e9lection de vins de l&rsquo;Ombrie. Ce vin est \u00e9lev\u00e9 quatre mois dans des f\u00fbts d&rsquo;Allier fran\u00e7ais, ce qui lui conf\u00e8re une structure harmonieuse.
