Ils sont servis en antipasti et se d\u00e9gustent volontiers avec des soupes et des salades en ajoutant un croquant agr\u00e9able. La tradition des b\u00e2tonnets de pain remonte au 14\u00e8me si\u00e8cle \u00e0 Turin. Mais les originaux, les <em>grissini torinese<\/em>, sont plus \u00e9pais que ceux disponibles aujourd&rsquo;hui dans le commerce et ressemblent donc plus aux Fagolosi. Dans la recette originale, les b\u00e2tonnets de pain sont torsad\u00e9s et plus longs. Par l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;herbes dans la p\u00e2te, comme par exemple le <a href=\"\/sortiment\/brot-aufstriche-knabbern\/grissini.html\">romarin<\/a>, les Fagolosi acqui\u00e8rent une note aromatique. Mais on peut aussi enrober les b\u00e2tonnets de diff\u00e9rentes ingr\u00e9dients avant la cuisson, afin qu&rsquo;ils adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. Ainsi, on obtient des b\u00e2tonnets croustillants au s\u00e9same ou au cumin. Essayez donc \u00e9galement avec du gros sel pour obtenir une version italienne du b\u00e2tonnet sal\u00e9. Sur un buffet, un \u00e9ventail des diff\u00e9rentes variantes est particuli\u00e8rement attrayant.
