De par sa couleur rouge\u00e2tre, il convient parfaitement comme boisson de mariage \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d&rsquo;une d\u00e9coration \u00e9galement rouge et offre une alternative au champagne plut\u00f4t incolore. Le Fragolino Rosso est produit par Contri Spumanti en V\u00e9n\u00e9tie, fond\u00e9e dans les ann\u00e9es 1930. Ce nom est surtout utilis\u00e9 en V\u00e9n\u00e9tie, alors qu&rsquo;en dehors de cette r\u00e9gion, il est \u00e9galement connu sous les noms de Clinton ou Worthington. Il r\u00e9sulte d&rsquo;un croisement naturel de diff\u00e9rentes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de vignes am\u00e9ricaines et a \u00e9t\u00e9 import\u00e9 dans le Nord de l&rsquo;Italie apr\u00e8s une grande \u00e9pid\u00e9mie de phyllox\u00e9ra \u00e0 la fin du 19e si\u00e8cle en raison de sa r\u00e9sistance marqu\u00e9e \u00e0 cette maladie. Le go\u00fbt de fraise est \u00e9galement d\u00e9crit comme une odeur de \u00ab\u00a0renard\u00a0\u00bb, qui rappelle le pelage mouill\u00e9 d\u2019un renard et qui est caract\u00e9ristique des vins am\u00e9ricains. En Europe, \u00e0 part dans le Fragolino Rosso, cet ar\u00f4me n&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas appr\u00e9ci\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Le vin mousseux Fragolino Rosso<\/h2>\n<p>Le <strong>Fragolino Rosso<\/strong> est class\u00e9 parmi les vins mousseux. C&rsquo;est ainsi que sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9s les vins qui, en raison de leur teneur en dioxyde de carbone, sont mis en bouteille sous pression. Ils se distinguent des vins p\u00e9tillants par le niveau de pression : chez le vin mousseux, elle est d&rsquo;au moins 3 bar \u00e0 20\u00b0C, tandis qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;est que de 1 \u00e0 2,5 bar pour les vins p\u00e9tillants. La mani\u00e8re dont le dioxyde de carbone entre dans la bouteille peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e de trois mani\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes et est not\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette. La premi\u00e8re possibilit\u00e9 est le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&rsquo;impr\u00e9gnation, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire non par fermentation alcoolique, dans lequel le dioxyde de carbone est dissous dans le vin par l&rsquo;application de pression et de refroidissement.
