Rome \u00e9tait alors en p\u00e9nurie alimentaire. Les soldats am\u00e9ricains recevaient des rations de nourriture avec du bacon et des \u0153ufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon cette th\u00e9orie, ces ingr\u00e9dients ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9s dans la cuisine romaine. Les Romains sont c\u00e9l\u00e8bres pour leur passion pour les p\u00e2tes, et ainsi, une chose en entra\u00eenant une autre, les spaghetti ont rencontr\u00e9 les \u0153ufs et le bacon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carbonara \u2013 Une invention des charbonniers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon cette th\u00e9orie, le plat vient des charbonniers des Apennins, au nord de Rome. Carbonari est le mot pour charbonniers dans le dialecte romain. Les Carbonari \u00e9taient assez pauvres et utilisaient dans leur cuisine beaucoup de p\u00e2tes et de bacon. Apr\u00e8s tout, le bacon \u00e9tait conservable et bien moins cher que l&rsquo;huile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carbonara \u2013 Une invention de Naples<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une derni\u00e8re hypoth\u00e8se place l&rsquo;origine de la recette dans la cuisine napolitaine. Vous avez probablement d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu l&rsquo;occasion de go\u00fbter ce plat servi avec une sauce cr\u00e8me. Pour un vrai Italien, la cr\u00e8me dans la Carbonara est en fait impensable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les oignons, le jambon cuit, le parmesan ou le Grana Padano n&rsquo;ont \u00e9galement rien \u00e0 faire dans la sauce. Les ingr\u00e9dients originaux sont : des spaghetti de bl\u00e9 dur, du bacon Guanciale, des \u0153ufs, du Pecorino Romano, du sel et du poivre. Le bacon est fondu dans la po\u00eale, les \u0153ufs sont battus avec le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et assaisonn\u00e9s. Ensuite, tout est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec les spaghetti chauds.
